The Lavish Event Company is an amalgamation of three successful wedding-related businesses, all brought under one roof to create a seamless experience packed with limitless choice.
The Lavish brand began as myLavishEvent, a small family-run wedding planning and coordination service. Our clients became an extended family who we cared for beyond the extent of what was expected of us.
Soon, our family would grow to include a long-time friend who just so happened to be a very successful wedding decorator. Thus, Lavish Event Decor was born.
In addition, the acquisition of a leading decor vendor in the event space propelled Lavish Event Decor into the upper echelons of the industry, offering an unmatched array of decor capable of transforming venues into unrecognizable destinations.
Despite our explosive growth, we stay true to our family values , treating every client like they are one of our own.
The Founders
Meet Andrew, a man born into the world of decor. His father came to Canada in the 1980’s and started a very successful wedding decor business from scratch. With ease, Andrew learned the trade for himself.
His natural eye for decor is invaluable when it comes to creating custom stage designs that have never been done before. You need only ask his past clients to learn what you can likely discern for yourself after one meeting: he cares, sometimes more than you.
Meet Chenthu. The son of a self-taught florist, creativity has been steeped in his blood since before he can even remember.
While he never really picked up on the floral art like his elder sister, he unexpectedly found his calling in decor. Be careful around this one, though. He may be a friendly person to talk to but he is easily excited by imaginative ideas and revels in the challenge of creating that which others claim can’t be done.
